Energy Efficient Equipment Rebates
overview
Energy Efficient Equipment Rebates
Islanders can access both the Government of Canada’s Greener Homes Grant and efficiencyPEI rebates. To receive the Canada Greener Homes Grant, you must register with the federal government and you are required to have an EnerGuide Evaluation completed before any work starts. Contact us to help you started with the process.
If you want to take advantage of federal and provincial incentives, energy audit is mandatory due to federal requirement., however if you want to receive only a provincial rebate through efficiencyPEI, an energy audit is not required. Please note that you won’t be able to ask for federal initiatives post purchase and installation.
Homesol provides energy assessmets. If you are applying for the federal program, Greener Homes Canada or if you are combining Greener Homes Canada with efficiencyPEI program, energy assessment is mandatory. Please contact us to assist and guide you in the process.
