Home Eligibility:

To be eligible:

• • Your primary source of heat must be electric. If an additional heating source is used your home must have a minimum annual electricity usage of 15,000 kilowatt hours (kWh).
  • The R-Value of the insulation materials must meet the minimum and maximum R-Value requirements after the insulation is installed.
  • Your home must have been built and connected to the electricity system prior to January 1, 2014
  • Your home must be on a permanent foundation and intended as a primary residence.
  • You must be the homeowner and your home must have an active electricity account.
  • Contractors and landlords can participate in the rebate programs if they meet eligibility requirements.
