Operations Manager, Executive Assistant
Norma is our Operations Manager and Executive Assistant, coordinating all our customer service, client contacts, project scheduling and documentation. She is also our one-person accounting department, juggling all receivables and payables. She has extensive experience administrating ENERGY STAR, R-2000, EnerGuide and LEED projects, and has submitted thousands of house files to EnerQuality and NRCan.
Prior to joining the Homesol team, Norma managed her family owned long-haul trucking business, responsible for regulatory compliance, human resources including health and safety, and accounting, all valuable skills she has since put to good use with Homesol since joined our team in 2009.
Her organization and project management skills are essential to Homesol’s smooth operations, she is the friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable voice on the phone when you call our office, and she coordinates all ongoing projects with builders, site personnel and homeowners.
